1. Log in to your blogger and click (v) choose Monetize 
2. Choose where to put your ads. It is good to put it in the side and to the middle so that mobile users may see them also.Set up your Adsense account,those people who have adsense account i encourage you to just link your blog so that you may not be banne by adsense.
